Affiliate Policy

We value partnerships that help us expand the reach of our digital marketing services and our Affiliate Program is designed to facilitate collaboration with individuals and organizations interested in reselling our services. This Affiliate Policy describes the terms and conditions governing our Affiliate Program, including the levels, requirements, discounts and benefits associated with each level.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

Our Affiliate program allows individuals and companies to promote and resell Elevate Reach's digital marketing services to their clients while enjoying various benefits. Resellers play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and providing clients with access to our expertise.

2. Affiliate Levels

The Elevate Reach Affiliate program consists of four distinct levels, each with its own requirements, discounts and benefits. The level to which a reseller belongs is determined by their performance and commitment to the program.

2.1. Level 1: Affiliates Bronze

Requirements:

• Minimum monthly sales: USD $1,000
• Minimum six-month commitment to the program

Discounts:

• 10% discount on digital marketing services

Benefits:

• Access to marketing material
• Dedicated account manager
• Bimonthly training webinars
• Marketing support

2.2. Level 2: Affiliates Silver

Requirements:

• Minimum Monthly Sales: USD $2,500
• Minimum one-year commitment to the program
• Completion of Elevate Reach Affiliate Training Program

Discounts:

• 15% discount on digital marketing services

Benefits:

• All benefits for Bronze Affiliates
• Priority Technical Support
• Co-branding opportunities
• Quarterly review of the marketing strategy

2.3. Level 3: Affiliates gold

Requirements:

• Minimum Monthly Sales: USD $5,000
• Minimum two-year commitment to the program
• Proven track record of successful sales

Discounts:

• 20% discount on digital marketing services

Benefits:

• All Silver Affiliate Benefits
• Exclusive access to Beta services
• Priority access to new features
• Dedicated marketing consultant
• Personalized marketing materials

2.4. Level 4: Affiliates platinum

Requirements:

• Minimum Monthly Sales: USD $10,000
• Minimum three-year commitment to the program
• Exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction

Discounts:

• 25% discount on digital marketing services

Benefits:

• All benefits for Gold Affiliates
• Invitation to the Annual Reseller Summit
• VIP Technical Support
• Customized training programs
• Opportunity to influence the product roadmap

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to fulfill certain responsibilities to maintain their status within the program:

• Act in an ethical and professional manner when representing Elevate Reach.
• Promote Elevate Reach's services in a truthful and accurate manner.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to digital marketing services.
• Provide excellent customer service to its customers.
• Keep customer information confidential and secure.

4. Affiliate Discounts

Affiliates are eligible to receive discounts on Elevate Reach digital marketing services based on their level:

• Level 1 (Bronze): 10% discount
• Level 2 (Silver): 15 % discount
• Level 3 (Gold): 20 % discount
• Level 4 (Platinum): 25% discount

These discounts apply to the standard pricing of our digital marketing services and are subject to change at Elevate Reach's discretion.

5. Payment and invoicing

• Affiliates are responsible for billing their clients for digital marketing services sold.
• Elevate Reach will bill Affiliates for services at the discounted rates applicable to their level.
• The terms and methods of payment will be specified in the Affiliate Agreement.

6. Benefits

Members at each level are entitled to specific benefits:

• Level 1 (Bronze): access to marketing materials, dedicated account manager, training webinars and marketing support.
• Level 2 (Silver): all Bronze benefits, priority technical support, co-branding opportunities, quarterly strategy review.
• Level 3 (Gold): all Silver benefits, exclusive beta access, priority access to new features, dedicated marketing consultant, customized materials.
• Level 4 (Platinum): all Gold benefits, invitation to reseller summit, VIP technical support, personalized training, influence on product roadmap.

7. Termination and updating

• Affiliates may be terminated from the program for violations of program rules or unethical conduct.
• Members can upgrade to a higher level if they meet the requirements for that level.

8. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, pricing details and other confidential information provided by Elevate Reach.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.

10. Policy Changes

Elevate Reach reserves the right to update or modify this Affiliate Policy at any time to reflect changes in our program or legal requirements. We will notify Affiliates of any material changes to this policy by email or our website.
